HELLO REDDIT!

This past month, I took the plunge and started posting my art on Reddit, and wow, what a surprise! Besides getting tons of views, what really amazed me was the type of feedback I received from the two communities I’m active in. Unlike other platforms, Reddit users are super direct and objective—they just tell you what they really think, no sugar-coating! It’s actually been super helpful, letting me see what resonates in my art and improve along the way. I’ve been a Reddit browser since 2021, but I never imagined I’d take the leap as a creator…

I originally started sharing on Reddit to understand the communities better—plus, who wouldn’t want to be on the platform where all the best trends and memes are born, right?! And as an unexpected bonus, I even closed two sales there, which I totally didn’t see coming. Reddit also rewards you as you keep posting, kind of like streaks on Duolingo. I didn’t quite make it to the 30-day mark, but hey, I’m ready for the next round!

Sometimes, jumping into new spaces brings the best surprises. 😄 Has anyone else here had a similar Reddit experience?
